Located in an old warehouse that overlooks the Chelsea Creek, our inspirational loft studio is available for booking by the hour or by the month.

All rentals include use of an array of professional equipment which includes full PA, guitar amps, bass amp, drum kit and keyboard.

$15/hour weekdays before 5pm
$25/hour weekends, and weekdays after 5pm
Pre-scheduled weekly sessions from $150/mo
